Helena College is committed to continuous improvement across all areas of campus and monitoring progress toward mission fulfillment.

Annual work plans allow all areas to set measurable goals for the year and specify how those goals align with the college’s strategic plan.

Academic and non-academic programs conduct periodic internal reviews to evaluate the functions and effectiveness of the department and aid in institutional planning and budget allocation.

The College is developing a comprehensive plan to assess achievement of student learning outcomes and ensure alignment of course and program outcomes.
