Assessment

Helena College is committed to continuous improvement across all areas of campus and monitoring progress toward mission fulfillment.

Annual plans allow all areas to set measurable goals for the year and specify how those goals align with the college’s strategic plan.

Academic and non-academic programs conduct periodic internal reviews to evaluate the functions and effectiveness of the department and aid in institutional planning and budget allocation.

An Assessment Committee has been formed to develop a comprehensive and sustainable process to assess achievement of student learning outcomes at the course, credential/program, and institution level.
