The Registrar’s Office at Helena College is responsible for maintaining accurate and accessible academic records for students. We provide the following services:
- Registration in the right courses
- Adding/dropping classes
- Degree evaluations
- Graduation information
- Processing enrollment and degree verifications
- Updating information changes (name, advisor, major, etc.)
- Requests for transcripts
- Problems with incorrect grades
The student’s right to privacy is also protected by the Registrar’s Office by allowing information to outside parties only with written consent from the student. The class schedule and advising list is also produced by the Registrar’s Office.
