Crisis Text Line is the free 24/7, confidential text message service for people in crisis, whether they're struggling with strong emotions or are feeling suicidal.  The goal of any conversation is to get texters to a calm, safe place.  That can mean providing them with a referral to further help, and sometimes it just means being there and listening.

A free, confidential 24/7 resource line and website, 2-1-1- provides information on available resources in Lewis & Clark County and beyond, including financial, mental health, shelter & housing, disaster-related and services specific to veterans, service members and their families.
